Selling Tickets

  • Log in to Manager Portal.
  • From the top navigation, click Box Office.
  • Select Sell Ticket to set up and manage ticket sales or, for a quick shortcut, open Sell Ticket Shortcut directly.

Payment Methods

The Web Box Office supports the following payment methods depending on your connected payment processor:
  • Credit/Debit Card via your connected payment processor (Stripe, Square, or PayPal)
  • PayPal — if PayPal is your connected payment processor, staff can process PayPal payments through the Web Box Office
  • Cash — if enabled in your Box Office settings
  • Complimentary (Comp) — if enabled in your Box Office settings

Emailing Receipts to Customers

By default, the web box office automatically emails a receipt to the customer after every sale. If the “Automatically email web box office sales to customer” setting is set to No in your Box Office settings, an “Email Receipt to Customer” checkbox will appear at the bottom of the purchase screen. Staff can uncheck this box to skip sending the receipt for that transaction. This is useful for will call or box office sales where you still want the customer’s email associated with the order but don’t need to send a receipt.

Viewing Bookings and Ticket Sales

  • Log in to Manager Portal.
  • From the top navigation, click Box Office.
  • Select Bookings to view a comprehensive overview of your ticket sales and current event availability or access it directly via Bookings Shortcut.
